JOB SUMMARY 

The IT Business Analyst I will be the essential link between Information Technology and Mission’s business objective. Supporting and ensuring the successful completion of requirements gathering, creating, and validating specification, building, testing, training and deployment of our software products and IT infrastructure. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Systems Support 

• Gather business requirements to help the Development Team design and implement solutions that fully meet business needs. 

• Monitor and provide technical direction to other internal resources as needed. 

• Participate in technical discussions regarding D365, and other applications integrations, capturing functional requirements to assist with custom development. 

• Collaborate with other IT functional teams and business units as needed.  

• Assist with technical applications upgrades and new services to ensure maximum uptime. 

Applications Administration  

• Provide day to day D365 business support and service desk tickets. 

• Help design, implement, and support D365 application user security. 

• Support any audit and user security reporting requirements. 

• Keep updated on planned service outages and feature releases with Microsoft. 

• Coordinate testing, training, and support with the IT and business stakeholders. 

• Provide support for application integration to other systems and processes. 

Project Management Support 

• Work directly with IT Project Managers to support large projects. 

• Autonomously manage and run small IT projects. 

• Develop solution presentations with input from cross-functional teams. 

• Assist with various parts of the testing process, including application QA and facilitating end-user testing. 

• Perform all other duties as required. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and training. 

• 2+ years supporting and delivering ERP technical solutions.  

• Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. 

• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation. 

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.  

• Excellent communications, verbal, and written skills. 

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 

• On-call and ability to work outside regular business hours according to business needs. 

• Ability to travel if needed to other remote sites, including internationally. 

• Experience with large scale ERP implementations, software development life cycle and IT operations is preferred. 

• Experience working closely with software development teams is preferred. 

• Experience within the manufacturing, supply chain & logistics industries are preferred. 

• Experience with EDI is preferred. 

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus. 

Salary Range: $103,300 - $129,125/year
