JOB SUMMARY

The Strategic Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and analytical support to the Senior Leadership Team that oversees Sales and Sourcing for the company.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct sales data analysis, prepare reports, and provide insights to support sales and sourcing strategic decision-making and planning.
  • Oversee and manage ad hoc projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
  • Draft and review correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Keep the senior staff members advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Work directly with the senior staff member to support all aspects of his/her daily work routine.
  • Maintain the senior staff member’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
  • Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.
  • Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables, and charts; distribute as appropriate.
  • Other additional and/or alternative duties as required.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Ability to build out strategic reports from large data sets.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proactivity and self-direction.
  • Interpersonal skills.

Pay range: $110,000 - $166,000
