JOB SUMMARY

Operational Excellence Analyst will act as a subject matter expert on Mission Produce operations processes. Analyze, troubleshoot, and develop training for skill and knowledge gaps for our Shipping, Ripening, Production, Quality, and Inventory departments. Assist in process improvement projects to create more efficient processes for operational teams across the network. Provide on-the-ground training and support to all operations teams.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become a subject matter expert in our Shipping, Ripening, Production, Quality, and Dry Goods procedures

§  Collect and analyze KPI data and make recommendations for improvement.

§  Participate in SOP review and process improvement projects.

§  Conduct Operations Trainings and enforce all standard operating procedures.

§  Work with supporting departments (Food Safety, Replenishment, Sales, and Transportation).

§  Travel to FDCs to conduct training and support.

§  Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

 

§  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

§  Strong problem-solving skills.

§  Ability and willingness to follow SOPs.

§  Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.

§  Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

§  Must be available to travel at a minimum 25%.

Compensation Range: $69,000 - $94,600
