JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Associate Software Developer to join our IT Applications team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with strong foundational skills in Python, SQL, AI/ML, and Power BI, who are eager to apply these technologies to automate business processes and develop insightful reporting solutions. While experience with X++ is not required, a strong willingness to learn and grow within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem is essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

§  Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and data-driven solutions using Python and SQL.

§  Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and build robust, scalable Power BI dashboards.

§  Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance data analysis, forecasting, and decision-making capabilities.

§  Assist in integrating and optimizing data pipelines across various systems and platforms.

§  Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

§  Learn and support development tasks in X++ and Microsoft Dynamics 365 as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

§  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

§  Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and automation.

§  Experience with Power BI report creation and data modeling.

§  Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical applications.

§  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

§  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

§  Willingness to learn X++ and Dynamics 365 development.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP systems.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration techniques.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
