JOB SUMMARY

The position of Marketing Assistant assists Sales and Marketing team members in Mission global marketing efforts. The Marketing Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting tradeshows activations, social media content, metric reporting, maintaining, and ordering of promotional material, and organizing and maintaining our marketing asset sharing platforms. This role covers daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and keep inventory of all marketing & tradeshow booth materials including premiums, marketing supplies, booth structure, banners, and display materials.
  • Support team with tradeshow and event and material preparations and shipments.
  • Maintain library of branded assets, including photography, images, design elements, logos, and more.
  • Organize premium inventory and keep document records updated for easy access by team.
  • Support team with metric reports and presentation builds.
  • Develop social media content calendars and coordinate post-scheduling.
  • Monitor and report on social media engagement.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines and trademarks across all marketing materials and activities. 
  • Participate in multiple projects simultaneously and work independently – requires ability to prioritize, monitor time and multi-task.
  • Perform department administrative tasks, such as support annual calendar production and distribution, consumer response, shipping, billing & purchasing, material ordering, and other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in Canva, PPT, Excel, and Adobe Suite.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and email marketing platforms, HubSpot & MailChimp a plus.
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functioning teams.
  • Ability to take initiative and own projects from start to finish.
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude at company events and amid competing priorities.
  • Eye for design and a creative mindset.

Pay Range: $66,600 - $94,600 annually
