JOB SUMMARY

The Sustainability and Compliance Manager will assist and support the company-wide Sustainability program, Compliance program, and Enterprise Risk Management program. The Sustainability and Compliance Manager must be able to perform a wide range of tasks and assist where needed, including periodic support of the legal function, as necessary.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support a wide variety of sustainability related projects to ensure compliance with stakeholder expectations.
  • Support the data collection and analysis required to calculate the Company’s global emissions.
  • Assist with third-party social compliance audits, including scheduling and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with the creation of the Company’s annual Sustainability Report.
  • Support components of the sustainability supply chain management program, including supplier evaluations, training, and document control.
  • Be engaged with upcoming legislation and regulatory requirements to actively prepare for changing guidelines.
  • Support with employee training programs.
  • Communicate with and assist international compliance representatives.
  • Assist with and deliver training to educate employees on a broad range of compliance topics.
  • Organize compliance records, documents and files and maintain document databases.
  • Perform compliance-related administrative tasks, such as performing data entry, filing paperwork, and preparing reports.
  • Administratively support the Enterprise Risk Management program with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Provide general administrative support for legal and corporate compliance activities.
  • Any other duties as necessary from time to time.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with corporate ESG/sustainability initiatives, projects, and reporting strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, video conferencing, and email.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective research skills.
  • Ability to understand regulatory and third-party audit requirements.
  • Ability to perform data analytics.

Pay range: $85,000 - $125,000
