JOB SUMMARY
The Sales and Marketing Systems Manager oversees and manages the technology systems used by both the Sales and Marketing departments. This individual will drive seamless data flow, optimize workflows, and maximize utilization of order management platforms, sales reporting tools, and other critical software. They will focus on implementing, improving, and optimizing these systems to reduce administrative time, increase revenue, enhance margin, and achieve business goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships between Sales, Marketing, and IT departments by partnering closely with all teams to drive the roadmap and development of our systems and process enhancements.
- Facilitate the training of technology and processes to all teams with a focus on both internal and external customer and partner needs of the business.
- Develop a strategy for the effective use of technology systems.
- Identify business needs to improve processes and facilitate training.
- Analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope and objectives to align solutions with business goals.
- Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
- Overseeing and tracking projects to ensure desired results.
- Translating business requirements into application requirements.
- Work alongside Sales and Marketing key stakeholders to understand customer and partner system-related challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Serving as a point of contact and subject matter expert on our systems, processes, and policies for internal and external purposes. This includes presenting our capabilities and managing projects in partnership with our customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience in business analysis, evaluating processes, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Outstanding ability to gather and submit detailed business information for presentations and solutions.
- 5 – 10 years of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, use good judgment, and act decisively in emergency and high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage or collaborate with cross-functioning teams.
Pay range: $130,000 - $199,000
